1.How much time before departure should I place my order?

You can place an order on the website at any time, but no later than 3 days before the trip. If you need it in 2 days or less, send a request by email: bohemiatour@mail.ru

2.Does the price include all taxes, fuel surcharges, toll roads, etc.?

The price you pay is final, you will not pay anything extra, unless you decide to leave a tip for your driver. The cost includes 1 hour of waiting after the plane has landed. For each subsequent hour, pay the driver in cash 8 Euros/hour.

3.What should I do if I can't find my driver?

Your driver is waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a red "Bohemia Tour" sign. If you can't find him, contact us using the contacts provided on this website and in the voucher sent to your email.

4.Can I pay the transfer in cash to the driver?

The transfer must be paid in advance, payment is made to the account. Cash payment to the driver is possible only when ordering a transfer FROM Marianske Lazne if we confirm this option for you.

5.What should I do if my flight is delayed?

We monitor your flight and know about delays. If the flight delay is known in advance, the driver will arrive at your arrival. If the driver has already left to pick you up, you have paid for 1 hour of waiting from the planned arrival of the plane. Each subsequent hour of waiting after your plane lands costs 8 Euros. There is no point in writing a different time in the request, the driver follows your flight. You need to exit within 1 hour after landing.

6.How can I find out if my luggage will fit in the car?

Please indicate the number of your luggage in the comment. If you are not sure whether your things will fit in the car, please contact us, and we will help you make a choice.

7.We are going with children. Will there be child seats in the car?

When ordering a transfer, please indicate the number and age (or weight for small children) to choose the correct type of seats. Child seats are provided free of charge. Your safety and that of your children is very important to us.

8.How far in advance can I book or cancel a transfer?

You can book a transfer online 3 days before the trip. If you need to book a transfer 1-2 days in advance, you need to send your request by email, and payment will be processed manually, which will take some time. This also applies to the cancellation of a transfer. You can cancel the transfer for free 2 business days before the trip. Your money will be refunded in full.
